The IAA CS provide a comprehensive Retrofit Coordination (RC) Service for Pathway A, B and C and with the recent introduction of government project funding, we are able to support organisations by providing full or in-fill services they require to fulfil their project requirements.

Other services that we can provide for your retrofit projects
Background ventilation and air tightness testing services. This can be used to negate the need for additional background ventilation or to set an air tightness standard for risk path C projects. Our in-house team are all members of The Elmhurst Airtightness Competent Persons Scheme ensuring that all work is carried out accurately, with integrity and with a high degree of quality.
Retrofit evaluation. The IAA CS can provide a full retrofit project evaluation service in accordance with BS40101 and effective monitoring at all stages of the retrofit process including technical monitoring of installation quality.
